Description:
For many years TEMC’s Christmas pageant has been a highlight of the Christmas season. Members of the congregation, their families and friends, as well as visitors from all over the GTA gather in the sanctuary to celebrate the coming of the baby Jesus.
More than 200 volunteers donate their time to make the pageant possible and many months of planning and work go into the two productions.
As well as being a Christmas tradition for the members of our congregation, the pageant provides an opportunity to welcome many of our friends who may not be frequent visitors to the church at other times of the year.
Pageant Patrons:
Donors to the pageant will be recognized with their names in the pageant program unless you’ve advised us you wish to remain anonymous. Please make your cheque payable to “TEMC Christmas Pageant.” Receipts will be issued in February 2019. We thank you for your generous support.
Please fill out Pageant Registration forms and turn them in to the Volunteer Office in Rev. Lorraine Diaz’ mail slot. You will find the forms at Connect Cafe, in the Narthex, and in literature racks throughout the church, or print and download it here.
Auditions:
If you would like to audition for a singing role in the pageant, please sign up here.
Auditions will be held on Sundays November 25 and December 2 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm (location to be determined).
Churches-on-the-Hill Food Bank:
The Churches-on-the-Hill Food Bank expects to feed 500 hungry families in our community this Christmas, and is looking to us for help. Please leave donations of canned and packaged food in the bin in the narthex, and financial donations (made payable to the COTH Food Bank) at the Volunteer Office or
